Dietary- Cook (Cafeteria)

This position is responsible for the preparation of patient's meals, short order cooking and serving for the cafeteria at breakfast and lunch. High school degree or equivalent required with a minimum of one year experience in food preparation in cafeteria or hospital food services desired. Certificate in a registered culinary arts school required with a major in food preparation required. Must be a registered food service manager with the City of Dallas. Experience in food preparation for therapeutic diets very beneficial.  M – F. 6am- 2:30pm
